Include with the price.

Prices include the following services, except in the case that particular conditions applied for certain reservations, (please check at the moment when you make your booking, any particular condition).

  • Unlimited mileage
  • Local taxes (VAT)
  • Fully comprehensive insurance. VERY IMPORTANT: insurance does not cover accidents or damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
  • adicional driver.
Not include with the price. 

The insurance does not cover the following damages:

  • Damages caused to the vehicle and to third parties due to negligent or careless driving, driving on unpaved roadways or paths.
  • Tow-away service due to client’s negligence.
  • Refuelling with wrong petrol
  • Windscreen or glass damage
  • Damaged rims and tires
  • Damages to the underside of the vehicle and costs involved.
  • Lost or broken keys and costs involved, (Cost of replacement keys will depend on the key type).

Technical problems caused by the driver's negligence and/or inappropriate driving will not be covered by the insurance.

driving licence

The minimum age must be over 21, and held a driving license that has been valid for at least one year, depending on the type of vehicle selected could be more years.

confirmation 

We will send you the confirmation to the e-mail address indicated on the reservation. We can only secure the delivery of the confirmed car type, not a specific model.

one way rentals

Please select the delivery and return locations when making the reservation. It is strictly forbidden to take the vehicle to another island.

fuel policy

The vehicle will be delivered sometimes with a full tank and some others not, depending on the delivery point selected, being always at client expense. We can never confirm the delivery of a certain engine type (gasoline or diesel).

extra services

Several services are available in most stations (baby seat, roof racks, etc). Most of them are subject to an extra charge. Please check rates at booking time. The use of all these accessories is responsibility of the customer.

pick up

  • Deliveries are made within the stipulated time.
  • We have offices inside the arrival terminal of the airports. Flight number mandatory for all reservations outside hours.
  • Hotel delivery are available in certain locations, possible an extra charge.
