  1. What do I need to book a car?

    You must have at least 21 years old a valid driver's license with a minimum of 1 year old. You must possess a credit card, Visa or MasterCard under driver’s name.

  2. Can I pick up the car at any time?

    The collection of the car must be done within the specific schedule for each office.

  3. If my flight is delayed, what I need to do?

    If you provide us your flight number, we will be waiting with your car. If the delivery is done outside office hours an extra charge is applied.

  4. Can I return the car in a different office?

    Yes you can, but the rental cost will be increased if the hired period is less than certain days, check the availability and cost involved at booking time.

  5. Can I return the car in an other office outside the Island?

     No. You can not return the car outside the island.

  6. What happens if the car suffers any brake down?

    You have a phone number for road assistance.Full instructions are provided with your hire vehicle, telling you what you need to do in the event of a problem occurring with your car.

  7. Do you guarantee a particular model of vehicle?

    The vehicles shown on our website are typical of the most common vehicles that we supply. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific model, only the group of vehicle selected or similar.

  8. Is the fuel included in the price?

    No, the fuel cost is not included in the final price.

  9. How many persons are allowed to drive the car?

    You can include up to three possible drivers. All of them should appear included in the rental contract.

  10. When I receive my booking confirmation?

    If do not receive any information, please check your not wanted email folder, usually they remain there. If you have any problem please contact our reservation department.
